This transaction marks a significant regional expansion milestone for InNature Berhad and represents a key step in strengthening its presence across Southeast Asia.

The acquisition involved a cross-border share purchase of The Body Shop Singapore Limited, requiring comprehensive due diligence and the negotiation of key transaction documents, including the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement and Disclosure Letters.

The transaction was led by Mr. Rajvin Singh, our Head of Corporate & Commercial Practice, who guided the client through the entire negotiation process to ensure alignment with their commercial objectives while safeguarding their legal and regulatory interests.
